I had a lovely experience at the resort, especially enjoying the beautiful grounds that provided a wonderful backdrop for relaxation. The HOA office staff were incredibly helpful, making my stay even more pleasant. However, I did encounter a bit of an issue with the room's cleanliness, which wasn't ideal and detracted from the overall experience. Despite this, the ambiance and the support from the staff were definitely highlights.
